Mark Post

Mark Post went creative with the usage of stem cells and decided to cultivate synthetic beef. It took nearly 4 years and around $330,000 for Post to research and create these cultured beef. These synthetic beefs "could solve the looming food crisis" predicted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Post hopes that sooner or later these cultivated beefs will be on shelf at a significantly reduced price in 10 to 20 years. (1)

Daniel Kraft

Daniel Kraft invented a new device called the MarrowMiner. This device minimizes the pain received by the donor while increasing the amount of marrow acquired through just one punctured hole on the hip. The marrow acquired from this device has also been seen to get "ten times the stem cell activity ... compared to the normal device". The MarrowMiner has already been FDA and CE approved. (2)

Jörg C. Gerlach

Jörg C. Gerlach invented the Skin Cell Gun. This revoluntionary device "takes a person's own skin cells, adds them to a water-like solution, and sprays them back on". What would've taken weeks before now only takes up to 3-4 days. (3)
